Wire Harness Assembly

We are looking for applicants with an aptitude for manufacturing cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

We will train individuals as required, skills/knowledge required are:

  • A basic knowledge of components
  • Use and function of various crimp tools
  • Able to follow wiring diagrams and charts
  • Ability to solder
  • Prior experience with technical drawings is a benefit.
  • Basic computer skills

Responsibilities:

  • Cutting and stripping wires and cable
  • Crimping and/or soldering contacts
  • Assembly of connectors
  • Inserting components into printed circuit boards
  • Placing surface mount components and through-hole components on boards

As required, persons may be asked to assist with shipping and preparation of labels for cable assemblies.

Purchasing/Office Help

Looking for help with office tasks such as: entering data into excel, getting price quotes, and purchasing. Applicants should show a proficiency in Excel, ability to read technical drawings is beneficial. This is a part-time position, preferably two days a week, non-consecutive.

File Sorting/Data Entry

Looking for a person to consolidate old records. Applicant needs to be familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Tasks include:

  • Consolidation of old files and folders.
  • Entering relevant job information in Excel.
  • Scanning contents of boxes.
  • Sort and classify files.

This is a temporary position, and will last until the task is complete.
